v1.1 - Quick Feedback Fixes

Added a few new features to adjust to recent feedback. Mainly - 

Over the shoulder camera option! Press "tab" to switch the camera perspective, allowing for easier aiming and less frustration with getting lost.

Level timer! The game will track your time, and display it when you win.

I also received feedback about improving the AI, however I can't commit to adjusting it at this time - maybe when my current long term project finishes up.
